Being billed on a cancelled policy
On the 13/11/2014 I was called by a Shereen Cassiem regarding an 'All Women Care Plan'. I agreed to take same out and was advised that I have 30 days within which I can cancel the policy. We agreed that my first debit date was to be the 02/01/2015. On the 26/11/2014 I emailed her to inform her that I will be cancelling the policy. However, I assume she works on commission and failed to act on my instruction which resulted in my account being debitted on the 02/01/2015 and the 02/02/2015. I have emailed her this week and copied [Email Removed] in but all I receive are automated responses advising me that a consultatnt shall contact me within 24 hours. Needless to say - a period exceeding 24 hours passed approximately 96 hours ago. I am not pleased at all and would like to be re-imbursed for the two premiums which were deducted in respect of a cancelled policy and to have the policy cancelled as per my email dated the 26/11/2014, which was forwarded to [Email Removed] This is in fact very disturbing, especially since I have vehicle insurance with Budget Insurance, who like 1life direct is also one of the companies launched by telesure.

(Supplier name changed from Telesure Group Services to 1Life by Hellopeter.com)
