Been having issues regarding a refund which I have sent tons of email follow ups never got any assistance. I received a call and spoke to a gentleman called Simangaliso Mavuso who assisted me and provided feedback on my enquiry. This was indeed a relief, he even provided his email in order for me to follow up in case I have any issues, that is going an extra mile for a client. I was so close to cancelling all my policies but after I spoke to him it really changed my mind. To 1Life, please recognise Simangaliso he is definitely an asset to the company.
