Be very careful with aged covers from 1Life

I had a 1Life life cover for almost 20 years, last year when I lost my job, it only took them less than 6 months to cancel it, and to rub salt to my wound, they started calling me to offer me a new life cover.

I havent received a call from them notifying me of plans to cancel it, my next of kins were also never contacted to check if Im still alive or whats happening with me. All they did was to wait for 6 months for it to lapse, and then started calling me to offer me a new life cover.

I am scared to use them, as they arent trust worthy. If to them almost 20 years means nothing, then let me be that guy with no cover, esp a cover from 1Life.
