Bafana Malabie - Super Client Services Agent
As a financial planner for a competitor company, I would generally expect to receive bad/delayed service when requesting for client information. Bafana, did the total opposite. My query was handled in record time (less than 3 minutes)! He went as far as to request that I send all future queries to him directly if I want to be assisted sooner than the regular SLA. Thanks Bafana! Kudo's to you!
