Bafana is a GEEE!!!!

i recently took out a policy...the consultant that assisted me was very efficient however when it came to getting my documents and confirmation emails and all after sale duties i received nothing. i called into the call center many times asking for these emails etc and they kept advising me that i would get them which i did not!! UNTIL bafana came and saved the day!! he was very helpful, attentive listened carefully and assisted me in literally 2 seconds everything i wanted every question i had was answered. Thank you so much Bafana! u are a darling! this man is an asset to your company! he gets things done!
