Bad system and service
I have been trying to change my Beneficiaries for the last 3 years. I did work cross border and my SA cell was off with a voice note stating to call my Mozambican number.
I am back in SA and phoned the call center to cancel my cover as numerous emails and phone calls left me with no choice but to cancel due to Bad customer service.
I've been told to hold and was left for rot costing me money as they are not allowed to contact other than SA numbers. Their SYSTEM says that they tried to make contact. And that it. The operators are not allowed to email customers. The only way for you to get something done is to call them and get bad service.
I have sent 4 mails to Cancellations already throughout the last month after I been told that an operator cant cancel because I need to send a mail. The mail states that withing 48 hours they will respond, now after 10 days I've had it. Still no response and debit went off. They are quick to let you know that tariffs are changing or if you missed a payment but when you need to do change or cancel you get bluntly ignored. If I died my X wife would have got 100%. I haven't even seen her in 3 years.
Thanx for the Ignore it says a lot about you.
