Bad services

I'm having a funeral cover with 1Life their service sucks Ive just renew my funeral policy with them I have made it clear that they must debit end of May , they have the nerve of telling me that my I'm in arrears and I have told them when they should debit my account . On the 7th of they decided to debit my account . One call centre agent by the name of Dimakatso called me saying they will rectify it on the system . Today one stupid gal call me saying my policy is in arrears what nonsense is that ?
