Bad services

Policy No : *** Mr RJP Pretorius passed away on 25 July 2021. Since then his wife CE Pretorius battled to get the claim settled. We as auditors are assisting her in the estate. 1Life keep on requesting additional information, we forwarded all the necessary documentation, however they don't come to light with the payment. Mrs Pretorius is unemployed and do not have an income. They keep on requesting documents this is absurd. 1Life will never be recommended as there service is pathetic, plse see other complaints on Hellp Peter.
