Bad Service regarding Life Cover cancellation

I am not happy with the lack of service i received from your staff regarding the cancellation of my life cover.

I called on the 27th March to cancel my cover and i was told to send an email with my details in order to get it done and i was told it will take up to 48hrs, i waited and called again on Friday and again they told me to wait!

It is now the 2 April and i am still yet to receive any indication of my policy being cancelled and on top of that i got charged for this month, i am highly disappointed in your service as it seems like you delayed my cancellation in order to squeeze another month out of me.

I am using your car insurance as well but this drastically changed my opinion of your company and I am seeking alternatives ASAP.
