Bad Service from 1Life Tombstone Supplier

We submitted a claim with 1Life for our father's funeral in May 2023 and the payment for the funeral went well. We had a headstone cover included in the funeral policy, and this is where our nightmare began. We were sent to a supplier 1Life uses who would make the headstone and go to our home to instal it. We are 2yrs in and have no headstone still, we have heard every excuse in the book, the last was that their truck was hijacked, an hour from our home, I know even then, the stone was not there. We would like to finally be done with this and ask 1Life to resolve with the supplier they appointed or pay us the equivalent of the stone, so we can get a stone in our town.
