Bad service

My name is Vuyokazi Ngalo Id No ***. I took out a funeral policy with a life cover with 1life at the beginning of September. I included my brother , kids and mommy. Little dis I no that my brother would be killed on the 25 of September few days before the first premium is deducted. I phone one life and inform them of what happened, I was advices to put in a claim that was declined 3 days later due to the fact that my brother died before the 1st premium was collected , I have asked them several times why was all this not communicated , I then log a complaint with their dispute department immediately and I have been waiting since then praying and hoping that they will come through for us as a family. At this point I regret thinking that 1life is a great and reliable company. I was never told that you only become a member once they deduct . I mean I went through all the trouble and did their test I can't help but wonder if it was me what would my kids have done . I basically been phoning and begging them to assist us but still waiting. I feel that I was sold lies and ****med by them
