Bad service, angry client

My belated husband took out a life cover for us with 1 life, the day he passed away i phoned 1 life just to hear that they do not cover his death now for 1 why would you take out life cover of they do not cover it?? So i just leave it like that. My life cover i tried to cancell many times but the debit order yust keep going off from my account. I phoned the i emailed them but nothing i stop debit order but next month it is going off. Bad service this is my policy nr *** i want it cancelled for it helps you rats ass paying it every month and if you die they dont pay out i personaly think this is a waist of money
