Bad service and Attitude.

Good day I am furious about 1 life and the incompetence of administration and consultants attitude. I submitted a death claim on the 3rd of August 2026. I was told the turn around time is 14 working days. I have been calling since and waiting for response. I have been put from pillar to post with no sufficient response. I have been told the matter is sitting with management for a month and no feedback is given. I am now taking the matter to insurance ombudsman for assistance. Never take an insurance with 1Life.
