Bad service

I just spoke to a 1life consultant telling her i just took a policy with them and need help.thandi mthuli I think she even gave me a wrong name because I called I called and asked for help...but she was so dismissive.i really don't even want to waste my money 1life consultants are sooooo unprofessional
