Bad service

I have been paying my premiums for years on time without any troubles, early this year i lost my employment, i told one of the agents that called me and they said they would get approval from their manager for a grace period (all policies have this), i was then instructed to pay a certain fee to make sure my policy remains active, i told them i was unemployed nor do i have income. I am constantly being harassed daily to make payment! At this stage i have had enough of this company, no grace period has been granted ever since, i now came to a decision that i want all my premiums back, every last cent that i have paid so i can approach a different company. Clearly i am not valued here! I have also been sending several whatsapp text and emails but being ignored.
