Bad service

Hi I took out a Funeral cover with 1life on the 01/10/2022 that was 4 days ago debit date arrangement was for the 15 Feb 22 But Today on the on the 15 Jan 22 the debit order goes off.

I had to dispute your debit order because it was not in my budget.

Best of all tried taking out a laon to buy my kids school stationery and uniforms.

Now I can't get it because of your disputed debit order.

Guys please stop our lives unmanageable please.

Just for your own wellbeing. Consider others.
