Bad customer service
Good morning My name is Thembalethu Maseko and I have been writing to 1Lige every single day of last week requesting to cancel my policy and get a cancellation letter and my policy schedule, to date nothing was received.

08 Dec 2025, 09:29I don’t know what resolution officer you are talking about, I have been sending emails the entire week with no response hence I choose to post here because it’s the only way you get to assist customers, I just need a cancellation letter and policy schedule for my Life cover that’s it!!!
