Bad customer service

I submitted a call back form this morning for an insurance quote with 1Life as I had taken out a policy with them and received superb service.<br> But this morning the consultant I spoke to was unprofessional at all. Firstly, she did not acknowledge me as a person and probably took me as just another sale. What ****ed me off was her tone of voice and attitude, she spoke to me like I'm a child raising her voice at me just because she could not hear me clearly
