after numerous calls and emails. where is my money you guys better fix my account asap.

Please advise why 3x debit orders went of my account and now the premium is even more? I want these monies R610.92 paid back with the banking charges due to your error.

I have been paying my premiums via the fast pay link sent to me every month.

04/12/2020 – R191.64

29/12/2020 – R191.64

01/02/2021 – R191.64

09/02/2021 – R191.64

I want an immediate answer how you can just go and deduct multiple debit order and even on the incorrect date as well? Payment date must be the 1st of every month.

If this is not resolved and my monies paid back to me then you can cancel this policy!

Even phoned in the beginning of the month to inform the consultant that I keep on receiving sms’s to state I have not paid my premiums.

First get told by the consultant that Budget doesn’t have any life cover products, eventually after 30 minutes I get transferred to someone that actually knows what is going on.

I am awaiting your call.
