Bad , Bad Service

I’m so disappointed with 1life policy and we have a life cover with them. Me and my husband called the funeral policy department , wanted to cancel our funeral policy. We spoke to a very rude consultant by the name of Dipuo Mashila. Want a very, very, very bad service we have received.
