Bad bad bad!!!!

Bad bad bad!! Took out life insurance, person passed away 2 years ago. Still waiting for payout!! Then out of the blue, you start deducting the premium out of our bank account again!! The person has been deceaced for two years!! Claim has been submitted two years ago!! And your response?? We are investigating...............
