Awesome Service From A Helpful Agent
I CALLED THE AGENCY TO CHANGE SOME DETAILS WHICH WERE NOT CAPTURED CORRECTLY AND JOHANNES WAS SO HELPFUL EVEN WAITED FOR ME TO GET THE DETAILS FROM MY MOTHER. HE THEN SENT ME THE POLICY DOCS STRAIGHT AWAY AND CONTINUED TO HELP ME WITH A NEW POLICY FOR MY MOM. AWESOME SERVICE.
