Awesome Service!

I was enquiring on my policies that have with 1Life Direct, From the moment Nonhlanhla Hadebe picked up the phone with a great attitude, i knew the level of service i should expect from her. She is very professional, she makes you feel like you're the only client 1Life has ever had. She didn't only assist me with the life policy but with funeral policy as well within the same call - she just knows her products pretty well and that is what i call phenomenal service. She is really a good customer service custodian - and its not the first time she assisted me - usually i don't keep names of the consultants i speak to over the phone but only those who went an extra mile to give that satisfaction.
