Awesome employee Helen Mokgbudi

<p>I had to get a funeral policy and was told that a consultant would get back to me.</p> <p>Little did I know what a great opportunity it would be to speak to such a wonderful lady. It was more a conversation with a friend than selling a funeral policy. She was bubbly and kept me in the loop throughout the conversation, she asked if I understood and was willing to explain everthing in detail that I did not understand. when the systems went down, there was no sign of panic in her voice which kept me calm (I didn't eeven mind when she had to let me go until the systems were online again). Helen Mokgbudi is a wonderful asset to your company, if all consultants were this vibrant, you'd never lose clients.</p> <p>Thank you for tha wonderful experience Helen. :-)</p>
