Avoid this company 1 Life direct

Been trying to cancel my policy since December. Have been told it will be attended to. However, every month the debit order still goes through. I have been reversing it. Now they attempt to put it through twice every month resulting in more reversal charges. I have e-mailed and called to no avail. Fed up with this company.
