Do not take out life cover with them. They are not genuinely interested in helping you; instead, they focus on finding loopholes to deny your claim. This happened with my late father. At the start, he met with their nurse for medical tests, and they accepted his policy without warning him of any health concerns. Yet, after he passed away, they suddenly came up with excuses to reject the payout. Why didn’t they inform him upfront that he was “too unhealthy” for cover, instead of taking his premiums for years only to refuse the claim in the end?
