Athi was very friendly in handling my issue

Athi was very friendly in handling my issue. I was waiting for an updated policy document which was supposed to be sent yesterday. Athi offered to use his own email address and I then received the document. He was very patient with me and went through the security checks at the beginning of the call which gave me a sense of safety and comfort.
