Assisted in a timeeous manner
I called 1life regarding the ceding of my policy by the bank. The first person I came across was Anna, who couldn't assist me as she explained that she had no clue what I was referring to, whoever she asked me to hold so she could find someone who can assist me. I then spoke to Wayne who sounded pleased to help. Upon explaining to Wayne the urgency of this matter he took it upon himself to resolve my query by the end of business today, which I am quite please that he did. Wayne's efforts on behalf of 1Life are highly appreciated.
