Assistance with the completion of a claim
Romano always responded to my many queries quickly and efficiently. Even after completion of all the necessary paperwork he continued to be helpful and went out of his way to give me the information I needed. Very unusual to receive this kind of help this day and age and I am sure that because of his help there will be a successful pay out soon.
