Approved claim still not paid

I never really expected that I would be writing again complaining about 1Life. Its really exhausting. I got called 2 weeks ago to say that my dad's life policy claim has been approved. Its been 2 weeks already and no payment has been made. My mom is frustrated and waiting for funds to reflect but still nothing. But 1Life needs to really up their game. What a comedy of errors!!!
