***** and Theft

So the agents cane to my parents home late July, selling a funeral cover. My mom 73 and dad 82 told the agents they have policies. The agents told them that they will only take their details only so that their head office can see that they atleast doing some work. Fast forward to August they have deducted R200 from both their SASSA money and we only picked that up on the second week as Post Bank had problem with SASSA beneficiaries. I just called 1 Life and asked them to cancel, now they telling me that September payments are " already scheduled" and will be deducted.

I want this service to be canceled and the money's to be reimbursed. Their agents are not truthful and activated these contracts without my parents consent. This is ***** and theft!!.

I need this matter to be dealt with and monies to be reimbursed as my parents have no other income either that the SASSA grants.
