****** and Rude Call Centre People

Worst phone call from a business or institution I have ever had in my entire life. Answered the phone and the lady starts speaking in a African Language. After explaining I cannot understand her she continues to speak in her language. When I got upset and asked why she is doing this, she replies to me in English by asking "so because you are white, I cannot speak my language?" So obviously I got upset and started going off at her, whereby she then tells me "Calm down you are going to go pink, you know how fast you white people can go pink". This is a exceedingly bad look for 1Life, and I really do not appreciate bothering absolutely no one and then receiving a call like this!
