An advert of lies...

Absolute terrible to deal with in a crisis situation. Medical emergency which i have explained...tried taking the call so many times and nobody speaks on the other side. Then I get an arrogant lady with proper professionalism tone mannerism in speaking keeps deflecting what I'm asking... do not take anything with this service provider... the are other fees and the interest is terrible. I'll be closing off this account in a few weeks time. All their 1 Life adverts are a huge lie!!! Don't believe it at all...
