Amazing customer service

I signed up for 1Life today with the help of Themba Samuel Tshidavhu. His service was amazing. His English was clear, he was very precise, he listened when I spoke and was very concise in his responses. He explained the policy and the benefits very clearly, and properly answered every question I had. He was very enthusiastic, very jovial but at the same time very professional. He gave the best service I have received from an insurance company. He made me very very happy to be a 1Life customer, and I hope to receive such good customer service from 1Life in the future. He deserves A LOT of credit and reward for his service, he is a great example of good customer service. If only I could choose to interact with him whenever I call 1Life in the future. :)
