All communication is ignored during cooling off period!

<p>I was signed up for a life insurance policy, however after comparing it to my existing policy I realised it wasn't something I needed. Since last week I've tried unsuccessfuly to get hold of customer services so that I can cancel the policy (still within the cooling off period), all of my email correspondence has been ignored to date and no luck phoning. Not impressed at all. Kindly phone me back so I can cancel this policy. My email has changed from my Facebook details so please phone me. </p>
