A wonderful experience!

I wanted to update my Life Insurance and Wayne was very efficient in assisting me. He ensured that he went through the questions he had to ask me as quick and clear as possible. Although he was very professional on the phone, he managed to crack a joke here and there and I really liked that because the questions we have to answer are quite tedious as we have to answer them for more than once.
