A TEAM OF ****S WITH NO RESPECT TO ITS CLIENTS

I am writing this on behalf of Miss Luleka Ntozini who has insurance with 1Life with Policy Number: ***. On or about 2019/06/11, one of her insured people under the policy passed on and due to all the issues outlined to the insurer, a claim was not lodged immediately.

Attempts to get through 1Life were futile until such time when one consultant by the name of Joyce Manqele who told us to proceed with a complaint if we are not satisfied with the feedback we have received.

Kindly note that Joyce assumed that there was a complaint even before they could understand the contents of our initial mail sent to her by Ncumisa Fumba. She was advised on 04 September 2020 to read and respond to the contents of the query sent to her but to date, there has never been any reply from her as a representative of this ****gery.

Sometimes you read about these companies especially 1Life and it's way of operating, their joy of premium deduction filling pockets of those in ownership and failing dismally to keep their end of the bargain. You think it's a joke but trust me, it us real with 1Life.we have seen them on TV before and YES it is true they are ****s.

In conclusion, I want to advise that the premiums of the deceased were deducted all the time even when she was no longer alive and you tell me how many people have donated their money's unfortunately to these ********* before. It's happening daily and if you are not careful, you will be a victim of these *********.
