A breath of fresh air

I took out life cover with 1Life earlier this month, Franck was consultant responsible for making me understand what I was buying and did a great job of it. In this late hour I was just going through my policy book and everything I'm reading makes sense because he explained it so well and answered my few questions knowledgeably. Well done to you Franck, I am impressed. It is refreshing to know that there are still agents who put their hearts into their work.
