This company has been *****ulently deducting money R280 from my mother's account for 3 consecutive months for someone else's funeral policy, she doesn't have a policy with them. When I called them they keep saying they'll transfer me to the ***** department but hang up on me.

03 Mar 2025, 14:47Lona la gafa. How will you contact my mother when you don't her or have her details? Deduct money again from her account this month, I'll take this matter further. You can't deduct money from someone's account 3 times and she's been reversing but you still continue. You should ensure that when you do THE debit order you do them with the owner of the policy, if not the owner of the account should be aware. You are *****sters. You're also replying privately so people can think you're solving the matter but you're not doing anything.
