6 DAYS AND NO PAYOUT

I put a claim in nearly a week ago and there has been no payout. Turn aoround time is 48 hours but it has been 6 days. I have people kicking down my door for funeral payment and I can't pay because 1life can't do their jobs properly as advertised. Iv been given the run around and Iv been told the matter is with the assessor but this has been going on for too long!! I need some help PLEASE!!!!
