35% Annual Increase 'Justified' ???
Unfortunately no option for zero stars. Please be aware that 1Life may at their discretion impose a 35% annual increase in policy premiums as they deem this to "align with the current inflationary environment." 15+ Years client, with no previous claims or change in circumstances.

05 Dec 2023, 14:38If it's to the "Resolutions" Officer, Nangamso Tshoni, please don't bother. Clearly, 1Life has no idea about the "current inflationary period" if a 35% increase is apparently justifiable. Read the room; the average person cannot afford a 35% premium increase!
