Made two calls to one life,on the first call the line was not good and I could sense the Consultant getting impatient and he went as far as getting into an argument with me forgetting that I am their bottom line as a customer, he promised to call back and never called, talk about mediocre service, 2nd call was a breath of fresh air, patient, apologies when she could not hear me and you could sense her eagerness to assist
