1Life's Duplicate debit orders

If you have a policy with 1life, Sometimes they will debit your account for 3 upcoming months with no apology or remedy what so ever. each time you have to check your statements to ensure there is duplication of the debit order.

Bear in mind that if you reverse the transaction the bank charges you. It is such an inconvenience. I don't have their policy anymore. I was just reminded because mom keeps complaining about the same problem. I am not sure if she still has the policy but i heard her saying she also wants to cancel it because it messes her budget.
