1lifefuneral is a big ****, I lost my son on the 12th July 2021 due to unnatural causes and I logged a claim on the 27th July and the assessor by the name of 'Mark' is so not helping instead of releasing the funds as per the contract I'm being told that they are only sending someone from their office on their costs to Durban on the 13th August 2021 to get whatever they need from the Investigating Officer and I'm not kept updated on the claim. This is not fair on my part because the premiums are paid religiously and are up to date. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.
