1life worst customer service

This was my 1st claim ever made with 1life and I’ve got multiple policies with them now i am afraid this is a beginning of a bad relationship, definitely Worst customer service i have experienced from the 1life team, after paying so many years without default i am refused a payout after submitting all necessary documents. I am forced now to take a loan because the funeral is tomorrow and 1life couldn’t care less about my ordeal. I’ve wasted close to R300 worth of airtime. They never call back once i run out of airtime. I’ve spoken to numerous agents and they all share the same value of not caring about their clients. Wow 1life i give you 10 out 10 for poor and worst customer service. Ever.
