I have a policy with 1life, I have put foward a claim for my late dad who passed on in April 2023, it is now October 2023, I cannot be assisted, I sent all the required documents, I was assigned a resolutions officer Tracy Ndou who is always busy when I call she has never resturned my callls, I am frustrated as no one from 1life is decent enough to call me and give me an update, When I call I get transfeered and hold until the line is cut off, 1life you have made my grieving process so distateful I am disheartend, your consultants are cruel and have no customer service
