1Life unable to resolve Tax Directive query.

1Life does not seem to comprehend what a tax directive is. Nor do they seem to understand that a tax return can not be processed by SARS if the directive issued from SARS to 1Life is not properly addressed BY 1LIFE. (i.e matching IRP5 or cancellation/deletion of the directive). In the meantime SARS is issuing admin and late submission penalties. This matter is ongoing since 05/03/2023.
