1Life the worst People to deal with EVER

My dad died at the beginning of this year. As I live in Germany and we are in a lockdown I could not attend me dads funeral and rely on my brother to deal with the testament and all the other stuff. So today I got a letter from 1Life telling me that they cannot pay the money from the death claim in our account in Germany. They want me to send then my account details and 3 months bank statements.

Before this my brother had to send and resend all our particulars numerous times as the company is so *********** that they have lost it a few times. If you call them they only tell you that a assessor will come back to you. They dont come back to you. For days my brother tried to get hold of them.

I left South Africa in 2009. I do not have a South African bank account. But they wont pay me the money if I dont have a SA bank account. What kind of mini mouse company is this. They cannot even give me a reason on why the cannot pay the money on our German bank account. They even wont give you a solution to help you. There are many other ways to transfer money from South Africa to Germany.

Please if you have any business with 1Life just take it somewhere else. The are unprofessional, no service and they are just plain ***********.
