1life the worst customer service: complaint.

1life has the worst customer service for any industry. I logged a claim in July and no one gets back to me. I called on numerous occasions just to get different answers. The claim consultant never calls me back. Her name is Shanice and the customer service consultant I dealt with last was Happy. I am still waiting for someone to call me. This is just ridiculous. If I do not call no one communicates with me. I am P.Moodley.
