1Life service sucks big time

I have been trying to cancel my policy with budgets 1 life without success. I even wrote on email that theu should cancel so that I don't see a debit order coming off my account. I reversed the debit order as I tried cancelling the cover 3 weeks ago. Sort this matter asap. I am getting stupid smses to say I should pay.
